Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance for international shipments or during peak seasons such as festivals and holidays.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹250 will be applied.

International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website under the "Track Order" section or directly on the courier's website.

International Orders

Please note that international customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees that may be imposed by their country's regulations. These additional charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

To avoid any delays in customs, we accurately declare the value of all shipments on customs forms. We cannot mark merchandise as "gifts" on customs forms as this is against international shipping regulations.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@hausilacollection.com or call +91 7715083016 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging if possible.
  5. Include the return authorization number and your original receipt in the package.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process mentioned above and specify that you want an exchange instead of a refund. In your communication, please indicate the details of the item you would like in exchange.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damaged/defective product. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please report any damage or defects within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure prompt resolution.
